What tasks can my VA help with?
Your VA can help you with just about anything. From marketing, bookkeeping, executive assistance, paralegal work and more. Need a website designed? We can help with it. Write a blog? Sure thing. Online shopping? Done. We can do pretty much anything that can be done virtually (online, over the phone).
How do you assign VAs?
We assign virtual assistants based on the types of projects that the VA will be working on and skills needed. Before we assign a VA, we contact you to learn what projects you will have your VA work on. Based on this information, we identify a VA with the appropriate skills for the project to assign to you.
Do my hours roll over?
No, they do not. For this reason, we suggest that you conservatively estimate how many hours of assistance you will need before selecting a plan. If you need additional hours, you can upgrade at any time.
What happens if I run out of hours?
Not a problem! If you run out of hours, upgrade your plan. You will have 30 days from the time of your upgrade to use your newly purchased hours.
How does the pricing work?
We offer monthly plans in increments of 10, 20, 30, 40 and 60 hours per month. Simply visit our plans and pricing page, sign up for the package of your choice and that’s it!
What is the difference between a Marketing Pro and a VA?
Our Marketing Pros differ from our VAs in both their role and experience. As experienced marketing managers and directors, Marketing Pros have expertise developing marketing strategy and performing advanced campaign management. Use a Marketing Pro to develop your marketing strategy and a VA to execute it.
Can I use a regular VA, as opposed to a Marketing Pro, to do marketing work?
Absolutely. In fact, we recommend using VAs to execute your marketing projects. VAs can draft social media posts, author marketing emails, revise the layout and text of your web page, and more. If your marketing strategy is set, but you need somebody to execute it, work with a VA. If you’re looking for somebody to analyse your business and develop a marketing strategy, work with a Marketing Pro, and then have a VA execute that strategy.
How does the billing cycle work?
You are billed on the day that you sign up and then billed again every 30 days thereafter. For example, if you sign up on March 14, you will next be billed for your plan on April 14. If you upgrade your plan before the end of the 30 days, your billing period will reset from the day of the upgrade. To use the same example, if you upgraded your plan on March 30, the next date that you would be charged is April 30. Payment will be automatically taken each month unless you cancel your plan by phone or email.
Can my VA make outbound calls?
Yes! Your VA can handle customer inquiries, set up conference calls, contact potential leads, schedule appointments, and more.
Will I get the same virtual assistant each time?
Our virtual assistants are all dedicated. That means you work with the same VA each time. They get to know you, your needs, and the way you like to work.
What if I have need for a variety of different specialties and projects?
All our VAs are specialists in their field. If you have a wide variety of needs we can create your very own dream team of VAs – bookkeeping, executive assistants, bloggers and social media gurus. There’s no extra cost for using multiple VAs.
Where will my VA be located?
All FYT VAs are UK-Based.
Can my VA help manage my finances and bookkeeping?
Yes! In addition to VAs that can manage expense reports and billing, we have VAs experienced in bookkeeping, personal and business.
Can you handle web design? I really need a new website!
Absolutely! Our VAs can design and manage gorgeous SEO-optimized websites from a variety of platforms including WordPress, Weebly, Squarespace and Wix.
What are your VA's qualifications?
Our VAs are specialists in their field. We don’t hire generalist jack-of-all trades. Your marketing work is done by professionals with marketing backgrounds, administrative work is done by experienced executive assistants, our paralegals and legal secretaries have legal qualifications and have worked in a variety of legal settings.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Refer somebody to FYT and you’ll receive £100 off your next subscription payment. Just tell the person you’re referring, to email our management team when they sign up and tell us that you referred them to us.
How will I know how many hours I have used?
Once you have signed up, you can access a client portal that shows all your tasks in progress, hours that you’ve used and how many hours remain in your plan.
What hours do VAs work?
Our VAs work 9 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. VAs can work outside of these times by agreement.
